Wendi N. Betting is a member of the Class of 2015 of Washington and Lee University. Capstone; [FULL-TEXT FREELY AVAILABLE ONLINE] Low-income women face barriers when trying to access family planning services. Notable barriers to accessing family planning services include financial constraints, transportation difficulties, and lack of family planning service providers. I draw on Norman Daniels and Loretta Ross to argue that low-income women's lack of access to family planning services is unjust. I focus on contraception and abortion services, and explore how current policies and practices promote injustice.
