Nelson's Receipts for Clothing: Vest, Coat, Trousers
Browning, King & Co.
MetadataShow full item record
These are three receipts for clothing -- vest, coat, and trousers. From the detail provided about pockets and buttonholes, it is assumed these garments were made-to-measure. The form seems to be from Browning, King & Co. but G. B. Larrick & Co. is handwritten next to that on each form. The forms are dated April 1, 1897 with the "to be done" date given as April 9.
This item, along with many others, was inserted into the ledger book journal used by the Nelson family. Inserted items included math problems and solutions, genealogy notes and diagrams, and correspondence.
