Capstone; [FULL-TEXT FREELY AVAILABLE ONLINE] ICT investments can reduce poverty by increasing not only economic development, but by also increasing other aspects of development such as political inclusion, freedom of speech, and gender equality. While investments in technology in general can reduce poverty, most of these investments mainly increase economic development. ICT investments, however, are particularly important because they reduce poverty by promoting development beyond just the economic aspect. [From Introduction] Vincent Kim
