dc.description.abstract | The following paper takes a three-part approach to the Opioid Epidemic in the United States. Specifically, the paper argues the Opioid Epidemic has a disproportionate impact on poor and rural counties in the United States. Part I addresses the scope of impact, Part II addresses social structures, and Part III presents recommendations for solving the problem. A full conclusion can be found at the end of the paper. | en_US |
